District hotspot (Coolpad Surf) exhibiting slow speeds? Try this:
1. Turn the device on.

2. Hold down the Power and WPS keys simultaneously for 13 seconds.

3. Wait for all LED indicators to flash 4 times. This indicates the device has been reset to factory mode.
