Physicals 2024-2025

Athletes interested in summer athletic sports camps and all sports for the 2024-2025 sports year, clearance applications will open on May 4th 2024. Go to athleticclearance.com. You will need a valid physical from a medical doctor dated after May 4th, 2024.

Gabrielino will host a sports physical clinic for athletes wishing to complete their physicals for the 2024-2025 school year on Saturday May 4th from 8am to 11:30am in the Large Gym all physicals are on a walk in basis and cash only. The fee is $35.

Students coming for physicals on May 4th must bring the Physical Card, Medical History Form, and PPE Physical Examination Form filled out to the physical on Saturday.
