For this assignment you will be creating rhythm flashcards (8) that accompany a song of your choosing. You will record a video of yourself showing the cards to your selected song (please see video examples below!)
1. Choose a song (must be school appropriate), and can be from any musical genre
2. Create 8 bars of rhythms that fit the part of the song you choose (you must figure out the time signature, if you are not sure ask me!)
3. Each bar of rhythm must be on one flashcard (please make sure they are clear enough to read on camera!)
4. In your video, you must either count off or cue when the rhythms should beginĀ
5. Videos will be completed on Flipgrid (videos should be no longer than 1 minute long!)

Directions: For this assignment, you will be creating a creative music poster. Your poster can have any subject matter (school appropriate of course!) as long as it relates to music. Some theme ideas include: music quotes/funny sayings, music theory, vocabulary, composers, genres, etc. You may visit Tone Deaf Comics (link below) to check out some examples. Memes will not be accepted, and all artwork must be original. Poster can be hand drawn or digitally created (whatever you are most comfortable with). Please upload a PDF of your poster.
