ParentSquare and StudentSquare

San Gabriel Unified School District is excited to be welcoming staff members and many students back to the campus in the coming weeks. To ensure a safe return and to streamline daily health check processes, San Gabriel Unified is launching ParentSquare’s easy-to-use health reporting form for students and employees.

With this new feature, students can electronically submit a health screening form indicating whether they are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. After answering questions from the app, they will immediately receive clearance (a green check mark) to go to school or instructions to stay home.

Students: Please download the app and complete the health screening daily before coming to school. Below you will find attachments with information about how to download and use the app in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
