thank you for judging you now will be a judge judges May wear casual attire please bring paper a writing utensil and a timer you may use the timer on your phone what's your arrive at the tournament you need to check in at after you check in at the judge's room you will be given about the location of the round will be on the ballot students must be waiting outside of the classroom please make sure that none of them are inside what speakers are in the room please take role to see who is president each speaker has a specific code these codes will be called for role competitors will hand you could take sheets in the round the top portion will already be filled out by the performer anything below that must be filled out by you please remember to write two strengths of the speech please remember to write two or more things that you feel can be improved in the speech continue your comments on back please remember to write the link of the speech in the Box labeled time of speech also please remember to sign the critique and write your school every speaker will give a speech please do not give any verbal feedback just write your comments on the crew cheat sheet the next column title should be the length of the person's speech in the next column please write the title of the speech that the speaker will be performed guidelines under the box of violations violation at the very top there will be a list of violations Please be aware of these violations HIPAA violation occurs in the round be sure to write the letter of the violation next to the speaker, please do not deduct a ranking from the speaker that will be done in the officials room call Carol Frank Bruce the 7th is for you to bring the speaker's one should be the best second the second best in someone please remember that none of the numbers can be repeated if a speaker does not show up by the time that everyone else has performed please mark them as a drop please write your first name last name School and cell phone blow your information there will be some questions that we would like you to answer please remember to sign and date disbalance after the round is done and you have completed their ballot and critique sheets return to the Justice room you will turn in your ballot and critique sheet and receive another balance and once again thank you for judging enjoy your time at the tournament
