New Student Enrollment

Welcome to the San Gabriel Unified School District Online New Student  Registration!

SGUSD Online New Student Enrollment allows you to begin the enrollment process for the school year for students new to the district.
This process is currently available only for students who have never enrolled or attended any school in the San Gabriel Unified School District.  (If your child has previously been enrolled in an SGUSD school or is currently attending school in SGUSD, do not complete the Online Enrollment process. Returning students only need to re-register through the Parent Portal. Please contact the office of your SGUSD home school for more information.)

1.  To begin the online enrollment process, click Enroll a New Student
The online process typically takes 20-30 minutes and requires a valid email address.
If you are unable to complete the process in one sitting, you may logout, and resume the process at a later time using your email address and a password you select. To resume data entry of a student, click resume entering data here or the button below.

2.  Once you have completed the online registration, please email Ruben Arteaga to set up an appointment to bring in the required documentation as mentioned below.   
Required Documents: Once you have completed the online enrollment process, you will be required to provide 3 proofs of residence as well as other information to the district. Please see this document for full instructions.
Please note that enrollment is not complete until the online enrollment and residency information has been reviewed and verified and the school determines the entire enrollment process to be complete and acceptable.
